This Privacy Policy explains how TESFLOW collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data when you use MyTeslaMate, including the hosting of your TeslaMate instance and the connection to the Tesla Fleet API.

1. Identification and contact data: first name, last name, email address.
2. Account data: MyTeslaMate login credentials, and Single Sign-On (SSO) with third-party providers (Tesla and Google).
3. Tesla vehicle data (via the Fleet API, with your consent): VIN, vehicle model, telematics data (location, trips, charging status, driving statistics, etc.).
4. Billing and payment data: payment method, transaction history, invoices.
5. Technical data: IP addresses, connection logs, cookies, browsing data.

We do not collect sensitive data as defined under GDPR (such as health or religious data).

III – PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING

Your data is processed for the following purposes:

• Providing the MyTeslaMate service (hosting your TeslaMate instance).
• Enabling connection to the Tesla Fleet API and synchronization of your vehicle data.
• Managing subscriptions, billing, and contractual obligations.

IV – LEGAL BASIS

• Contract performance: hosting TeslaMate and accessing the Tesla Fleet API.
• Consent: linking your account to Tesla or Google SSO, enabling data synchronization with the Tesla Fleet API, use of non-essential cookies.

• Legal obligations: invoicing, accounting, regulatory compliance.

V – DATA RECIPIENTS

• TESFLOW authorized staff,

• Tesla, as the provider of the Fleet API (subject to your explicit authorization).

VII – DATA RETENTION

• Account data: kept for as long as your account is active and up to 3 years after termination.
• Billing and payment data: kept for 10 years (legal requirement).
• Tesla Fleet API data: kept only while your account is active and until the data is revoked.
• TeslaMate instance data: stored only during the active subscription period, and deleted within 30 days of termination.
• Cookies: retained for a maximum of 13 months.

TESFLOW applies technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including:

• Encrypted communications (TLS),
• Secure password management,
• Prevent public access to your Teslamate,
• Data backups,
• Restricted access to authorized personnel only.
