To prevent public access, Authelia is the middleware that secures your TeslaMate with your MyTeslamate password.
Tesla Account Linking
We use the secured Tesla OAuth authentication to guarantee security of your MyTeslamate account.
Password Storage
Only you know the password to access your MyTeslamate account. As we follow OWASP recommandations, it is impossible to decipher it.
Access Controls
You can withdraw access at any time by disconnecting your Tesla account or updating your Tesla account password.
Encryptions
All network communications are secured with SSL/TLS 1.2 encryption. Data at rest is safeguarded through AES-256 encryption.
Backups
30 days of rolling secure backups are kept on remote storage. You can always access these backups from your account.
