How to Generate Tesla Owner API Tokens?
To generate the necessary tokens on legacy Tesla API without entering your username and password on our site, follow these instructions carefully:
- Click the “Tesla Login” link below, which will open the official Tesla authentication page in a new tab or window.
- Sign in using your Tesla credentials, and complete any multi-factor authentication (MFA) if prompted. If you’ve accessed the link before, Tesla might remember your details.
- You’ll likely encounter a “Page Not Found” error — this is expected.
- Copy the full URL from that error page and paste it into the form below. We will extract the temporary code embedded in the URL to generate your tokens.
- If you receive an “Invalid Grant” or similar error, you may need to repeat the process from the beginning using the Tesla link. Once you successfully generate the URL, it should work in future attempts.
- To use a different Tesla account or credentials, you may need to clear your browser cookies.
